1. Blister molding

according to the principle that Blister molding is a blister with the required shape and size through the mold after heating the PVC film (hard piece) and using compressed air or vacuum molding, when there is a problem with the formed blister, it needs to be solved from the following aspects:

(1) whether the PVC film (hard piece) is a qualified product

(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low if the box needs to be opened

(3) whether PVC is adhered to the surface of the heating device

(4) whether the forming mold is qualified, whether the forming holes are smooth, and whether the pores are unobstructed

(5) whether the cooling system of the forming die works normally and effectively

(6) whether the vacuum degree and exhaust rate of drum negative pressure forming can reach normal values, and whether there is abnormal loss in the pipeline

(7) whether the compressed air of flat positive pressure molding is clean and dry, whether the pressure and flow can reach normal values, and whether the pipeline has abnormal losses

(8) whether the flat positive pressure forming mold clamps the PVC belt in parallel and whether there is air leakage

2. Hot press sealing

in the process of hot press sealing of roller type aluminum-plastic blister packaging, PVC tape and aluminum foil are meshed and sealed by mutually parallel roller type heat sealing rollers and corrugated rollers under a certain temperature and pressure. The contact between the heat sealing roll and the corrugated roll is linear, and the pressure required is relatively small

in the process of hot press sealing of flat aluminum-plastic blister packaging, PVC tape and aluminum foil are sealed by parallel flat heat sealing plates and corrugated plates in the same plane under a certain temperature and pressure. The contact between heat sealing plate and corrugated plate is surface contact, and the pressure required is relatively large

whether it is roller type or plate type hot pressing sealing, when there are problems such as unclear hot sealing lines, different depth of lines, blistering caused by PVC belt running during hot sealing, it needs to be solved from the following aspects:

(1) whether the aluminum foil is a qualified product, and whether the hot sealing surface is coated with hot-melt adhesive that meets the requirements

(2) whether the temperature of the heating device is too high or too low

(3) whether there is abnormal resistance in the operation of PVC tape or aluminum foil

(4) whether the heat sealing mold is qualified, whether the surface is flat and smooth, and whether the blister formed on the PVC belt can be smoothly inserted into the hole of the heat sealing roll (plate)

(5) whether the lines on the roller (plate) are clear and consistent in depth

(6) whether the cooling system of the heat sealing die works normally and effectively

(7) whether the pressure required for heat sealing is normal

(8) whether the heat sealing roll (plate) and the corrugated roll (plate) are parallel

3. Some advanced aluminum-plastic blister packaging machines are equipped with various automatic monitoring devices, which can play various protective roles and automatically stop the operation of the machine when the following problems are found:

(1) the safety cover is opened

(2) insufficient compressed air pressure

(3) insufficient heating temperature

(4) PVC film or aluminum foil is used up

(5) the packaged drugs are used up

(6) some stations are mechanically overloaded

(7) circuit overload

the machine cannot be started until the following problems are solved:

(1) the safety cover is not completely closed

(2) insufficient compressed air pressure

(3) insufficient heating temperature

(4) lack of PVC or aluminum foil film

(5) overload or other faults have not been eliminated

(6) the function key is set incorrectly, and the emergency stop and open key is not reset, etc

in addition to the above-mentioned problems, although high nickel batteries are the future development direction of aluminum-plastic packaging machines, other problems may be encountered in the use, which requires specific analysis of specific problems.
