Analysis of common problems of small packaged tea boxes

in today's global market economy, tea packaging plays an important role in tea production, circulation, sales and consumption. Small package tea is increasingly favored by consumers because of its convenient carrying and various packaging forms. At present, the vast majority of tea on the market in China are small packaged tea. However, there are many small packaged tea boxes (cans) with incomplete logos, low-grade materials and light ones, which affect the formation and economic value of commodity tea brands; In serious cases, it does not comply with GB general standard for food labeling, and becomes a non-conforming product. For this reason, the author lists the problems existing in some small packaged tea boxes (cans) for the reference of producers

1. No production standard code

at present, most of the famous and high-quality green tea produced in various places have no national standards, while only some tea have local standards, such as "Biluochun" in Jiangsu and "Giant Buddha Longjing" in Zhejiang, which have formulated local standards. In the absence of standards to implement, tea producers and marketers should formulate enterprise standards in time, establish the grade standard samples of commercial tea, and produce according to standards in production and marketing. There is no standard tea, which means there is no quality index, and it will never become a brand product. If the quality inspection department finds that there is no standard tea, it can be judged as unqualified or treated as unshaped products

2. The standard code of Zhang Guan Li Dai's application

there are many famous and high-quality green tea, which is often the gb/t standard of Zhang Guan Li Dai's application of bulk green tea. The standard of green tea recommended by this country is only applicable to long-term fried green tea, round fried green tea, baked green tea, sun cured green tea, refined Zhenmei tea, zhucha tea, YuCha tea, Gongxi tea, Fengmei tea, Xiumei tea, and tea slices at all levels, as well as steamed green tea with sun cured green tea as raw material. The tenderness and endoplasm of famous and high-quality green tea are better than the standard samples of bulk green tea mentioned above. If gb/t14456 standard samples are used for comparison and inspection, the conclusion that the appearance and endoplasm are consistent with the standard samples will not be reached. Therefore, the application of this standard to famous and high-quality green tea is actually not produced according to the standard, and it is also a tea without standard and grade, which belongs to unqualified products. Local standards or enterprise standards should be formulated as soon as possible to produce famous and high-quality green tea according to the actual standard samples

3. No registered trademark

a small packaged tea with a fixed name and a certain production volume. If there is no registered trademark, there are at least two problems: ① when the government department reviews and approves the brand products, it is difficult to recognize the products without a registered trademark; ② Without legal protection, products can be produced by anyone, who registers first and who owns them, which is easy to cause the situation of "blooming inside the wall and fragrant outside the wall"

4. Self labeled "Chinese famous tea"

nominal famous tea should pass the examination and evaluation of government departments. No matter what the name of famous tea is, it is inappropriate to call it "Chinese famous tea" in a package. For example, the central government is widely used in many artificial rubber, resins, including engineering plastics and other resins processed at high temperature. The ministry level organizes the award-winning tea of the national famous tea evaluation, and does not use "Chinese famous tea". For example, the first and second China Agricultural expositions organized by the Ministry of agriculture conducted a national famous tea evaluation, and the winning tea was only called "the second tea" × The th China Agricultural Expo × Award ". Self labeling "Chinese famous tea" is easy to mislead consumers, and also has the false nature of self boasting, which will be banned by the interference of the administrative department for Industry and commerce

5. There is no special packaging material

there are many small packages of tea. The package packaging box (can) printed and produced by the packaging factory can be used as the packaging of general tea, but if it is used as a brand product, it is easy to be imitated by others. Therefore, whether government departments use "special packaging" materials is an important part of the identification of brand tea. For example, the general packaging of high-quality goods is generally not "in our view, it is easy to be approved as a brand product. At present, most of the well-known brand teas in China use special packaging materials, such as" Giant Buddha Longjing "in Xinchang, Zhejiang Province, and" Xueqing "tea in Rizhao, Shandong Province, which all have good special packaging

6. Poor quality of packaging materials

poor quality of packaging materials, mainly manifested in two aspects: ① poor moisture resistance. Use very thin polyethylene (food) bags for tea, which are easy to be pierced by the tea in the bags. Polyethylene film has great moisture and oxygen permeability, which is the worst kind of moisture-proof and fresh-keeping materials except paper bags. The plastic packaging materials with good moisture resistance and oxygen isolation are polyester/aluminum foil/polyethylene composite bags, followed by polypropylene/aluminum foil/polyethylene composite bags. ② The outer packaging carton is light and thin, without a sense of skeleton, and will crack and sag if slightly pressed by external forces. Small packaged tea with poor moisture-proof performance can't stand the test of shelf life. When packaged, even the green, fresh and mellow tea turns into "yellow tea" after 3 months, with dark color, dull flavor and mellow taste. Consumers will complain about its inferior quality and high price after purchase, and it is easy to lose "repeat customers". The quality of the outer wrapping paper is too poor to attract customers and promote sales

7. Packaging materials have peculiar smell

the polluted peculiar smell after tea packaging is mainly the oil peculiar smell of canned tea and the plastic peculiar smell of bagged tea. Improvement method: for the tea pot used for the first time, the oil stain on the wall of the pot should be wiped off with a dry and soft cloth or tea with various cellulose derivatives made of high-purity cellulose by different methods, and then loaded with tea. The low-grade plastic bags copied back to the furnace have a serious peculiar smell of plastic additives. In order to reduce plastic odor, aluminum foil composite bags with good texture should be used

8. use bleached thread as the lifting thread of tea bags

the lifting thread of tea bags should use the original white cotton yarn, and it is not allowed to use bleached thread or chemical fiber thread. Because these lines are bleached and contain fluorescent agents, they are not in line with drinking hygiene. During the inspection of tea bags, if the mechanical and electrical products are found to be bleached or chemical fiber, they are often judged as unqualified products

9. No production date

the general standard for food labeling stipulates that all foods must be marked with the production date. For the determination of the production date of small packaged tea, Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of technical supervision stipulates that the date of the last process is the production date. For example, if the tea produced on April 1 is made into small package tea on October 1, the production date is October 1. This regulation virtually extends the shelf life for tea factories and dealers. For consumers, it is difficult to distinguish spring tea from summer and autumn tea when buying tea, which is not conducive to judging the quality of tea

10. tea has no grade

there are a large number of small packaged tea, only the name of tea, but no grade of tea, also collectively referred to as "best". No grade of tea means no quality indicators, which is an unqualified product

a certain kind of tea is often divided into several grades. It is indeed difficult to use one kind of packaging for each grade in the production and marketing, but at least the grade label of self-adhesive paper or the grade seal should be pasted on the prominent position of the packaging box

11. The names of provinces, cities and places are often used as factory names

some rural tea factories often confuse place names with factory names and connect them all. Suppose there is a factory named "Tianhe tea factory", and the package is often marked with“ ×× province ×× City (county) Tianhe tea factory ", which invisibly expands the name of the factory. The correct standard method should be "Tianhe tea factory, address: ×× province ×× City (county) ×× country ×× Village "

12. exaggeration

when explaining the drinking value of tea on the packaging box, tea is often advertised as a drug, marked with exaggerated words such as "cancer prevention, cancer treatment, anti-aging, containing a large amount of vitamins...". It is a fact that drinking tea has a health care effect, but it cannot be exaggerated. It is more appropriate to explain the common sense of life such as the brewing method and preservation of tea to consumers on the packaging

13. most of them have no bar code

at present, there are not many small packaged teas with bar code, but from the perspective of market development trend, bar code will become a necessary content of commodity packaging in the future. With it, it is not only not easy to be counterfeited by others, which is conducive to protecting their own products, but also convenient to enter supermarkets and expand tea sales. Therefore, when designing packaging boxes (cans), you should apply to the barcode management department for barcode number and use barcode
